What We Do

At Romsey Mill, we further personal, social and spiritual development through a pioneering range of programmes and activities. With an emphasis on building long-term relationships, these are shaped with significant input from participants.

Young Parents Programme

The lead response for teenage parents across Cambridge, this programme provides intensive personal, educational and parenting support, equipping young parents and their children for a positive future.

Social Inclusion Programme

Works with 13-21 year-olds who are not always positively involved in their communities, and who may not be in education, training or employment.  We work with them to fulfil potential by developing their skills, self-esteem, confidence and aspirations.

Transitions Programme

Moving between primary and secondary school is a very important and potentially difficult time for young people and their families. We have established a sucessful programme that supports 10-14 year-olds who have been identified as likely to struggle as they make this transition.

Aspire Programme

Creates social space with young people on the autistic spectrum, particularly those who have Asperger syndrome or have a 'high end functioning' diagnosis and are in mainstream education.  This programme promotes mental well-being, and the development of social skills and friendships.
