 PROGRAMME CO-ORDINATOR F/T – SOCIAL INCLUSION PROGRAMME 

An experienced Senior Youth Worker able to coordinate and develop Romsey Mill’s Social Inclusion Programme, working with 13-21 year-olds.   Supervising a team of youth development workers and engage directly with young people through detached/outreach work, one-to-one support, group work, young people-led projects and activities and residential experiences.

Hours per week: Full-time (37.5)

Salary: £22,221 - £25,472 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Initially a fixed term contract till March 2011

YOUNG FATHERS WORKER F/T  

An experienced youth worker able to develop and lead Romsey Mill’s Fathers Work in Cambridge City, creating opportunities with fathers, particularly (under 25’), to overcome disadvantage, promote inclusion and develop wellbeing. To include 1:1 support and home visiting, groups for fathers, offering training and employment information, advice and guidance and support with parenting. 

Hours per week: Full-time (37.5)

Salary: £19,126 - £21,519 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Initially a fixed term contract till March 2011

TRANSITIONS DEVELOPMENT WORKER F/T

An experienced Youth Worker able to develop Romsey Mill’s transitions Programme for young people aged 10-14yrs within local secondary schools.  Running peer mentoring, on-to-one work, a literacy support programme, outdoor and residential activities.

Hours per week: Full-time (37.5)

Salary: £18,453 - £20,198 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Initially a fixed term contract till August 2011

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

An experienced admin worker to provide support for senior management team, monitor data, some financial duties supporting the finance officer, and reception responsibilities

Hours per week: Full-time (37.5) or a minimum of 25 hrs

Salary: £14,733 - £17,082 (depending on qualifications and experience)
