Charity Shop

In 2006/7 the 25 volunteers involved in our charity shop helped to raise a staggering £12,941 for Romsey Mill and donated £1,438 to Christian Aid.  This level of commitment is nothing less than remarkable.

 

The shop (on Thoday Street, off Mill Road, Cambridge) continues to thrive with the help of committed friendly volunteers and overseen by Hilary Jolly.

 

   

 

The shop not only runs to help support the work of Romsey Mill, but also to help provide low cost items of clothing and essential children and baby equipment that can be so costly when supporting a family.

 

The shop is open Mon-Sat, 9am - 4.30pm (closed for lunch 12.30-1.30pm).

 

Whilst we welcome donations please call first if you have a large amount of items you would like to donate - space is always an issue!!

 

We also need more volunteers to help sort donated items and serve customers.  If you are interested, please get in touch.
