Ready to Go is a resource developed by Romsey Mill's Transitions Programme for use in preparing year 6 children for their transfer to secondary school. It is an accessible, activities-based booklet and may be bought with a facilitator's guide. A Smart board version of the resource will soon be available. Ready to Go is in widespread use nationally in primary schools. Topics covered include: goals, friendships, bullying, finding your way around, homework.
