12 Days of Christmas Appeal Opens 1st December 2012

The 12 Days of Christmas Appeal is raising money to provide 12 months of youth work support that will positively affect the lives of over 100 young people in the Cambridge area.

With the generous support of many Cambridge based businesses, any donation you make to the appeal will be doubled, doubling the impact of your donation.

Last year Romsey Mill provided support for nearly 1000 young people through street based detached youth work, group work, one to one support, trips and residentials.. The work of Romsey Mill has shown that positive change is accessible for all as our youth workers build meaningful relationships and help young people to believe in their own potential.

Jacob’s Story  - “They believed in me, so I started to believe in myself”.

With little support from home and few prospects Jacob did not believe that he could make something of his life. He was excluded from school several times and regularly participated in anti-social behaviour. Jacob found the support he needed through our youth workers. He developed confidence and is now preparing to go to college.

Relationships are key to the successful work at Romsey Mill. Your donation will make a significant impact to this work.

Together we can help more young people like Jacob turn their lives around.

The appeal opens on 1st December at 12.01am and will close at 12 midnight on 12/12/12.

Thank you so much for your support.
