Youth Development Worker - Cambridge and Cambourne

This is a vacancy for a Youth Development Worker, to develop youth work provision in Cambridge City and Cambourne, supporting young people aged 10-21 years.

Salary:    £24,702 - £27,334 (FTE, pro-rata for part-time).

Hours of work:   37.5 hpw (full-time) over five days, including at least 2 evening sessions. Friday evenings may need to be worked. Overtime is not normally paid, but time off in lieu may be given, as agreed with your line manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Romsey Mill team and to help the development of youth work in community settings in Cambridge city and the new developments of Cambourne.

This will involve the delivery of detached sessions, one-to-one work, young people-led group activities, open access youth clubs and residential experiences and trips.
