Youth Work Training

Investing in the Youth Work Sector

Romsey Mill is not only passionate about delivering youth work but investing in the youth work sector as a whole and helping others to effectively support young people.

To this end, we deliver accredited courses in ‘Youth Work Practice’ at Level 2 and Level 3. And, thanks to funding from the National Youth Agency (NYA), these courses are available at a subsidised rate*.

More information about each course is given below alongside any promotional materials for upcoming courses.

* The National Youth Agency Youth Worker Bursary Fund is a national initiative to open up career pathways in youth work. In its first year the fund will widen access and secure youth work training with up to 30 bursaries (Levels 2 & 3) across the Eastern region working through Romsey Mill.

The purpose of the Youth Worker Bursary Fund is to provide financial assistance to those undertaking approved qualifications in Youth Work, by providing subsidised places to those individuals who would otherwise experience financial difficulties in accessing Youth Worker qualifications. Please note that subsidised places will not be offered to individuals whose workplace would ordinarily pay for their Youth Worker qualifications.
