We love volunteers! They make things happen, and without them we couldn't do what we do and would be limited in our impact.

Volunteers are an important and precious part of our family. We have over 100 volunteers supporting our work at any one time. 

Volunteering at Romsey Mill looks like a thousand different ways and we try to link your interests and skills to roles. We have volunteers at our groups, at our events, at social enterprises, in the office and even helping pack our newsletters. It's a great way to support us, meet new people and have fun.
